Noli me Tangere (Unknown date, perhaps 1526 to 1528) is a artwork (Oil and tempera on oak) by the German painter and printmaker Hans Holbein the Younger. Noli me tangere, meaning 'don't touch me' / 'touch me not', is the Latin version of words spoken, according to John 20:17, by Jesus to Mary Magdalene when she recognizes him after his resurrection. The painting (76.8 × 94.9 cm) is in the Royal Collection of the United Kingdom.
