Il miracolo più grande appare davanti allo spettatore in tutta la sua gloria. Il mistero che non cessa di eccitare l'immaginazione dell'uomo è interpretato dal grande maestro Michelangelo Buonarotti in modo molto logico e coerente.
Il Creatore vola nello spazio infinito, circondato da angeli aiutanti. L'ultima grande opera è rimasta per completare la creazione del mondo - la creazione dell'uomo, l'unico essere vivente di simile nell'immagine e nel riempimento interiore con il creatore stesso. Con il gesto preciso e sicuro di Dio Padre, l'energia divina ha già cominciato a riempire il corpo dell'Adamo idealmente composto, il primo del popolo.
Con entusiasmo e riverenza, gli angeli osservano il Grande Sacramento della creazione. Ci sono molti tra gli aiutanti di Dio che sono pieni di paura e smarrimento. Come sarà questa nuova creatura senza precedenti? Cosa porterà a questo mondo appena creato? Giustificherà la Grande Fiducia di Dio?
La figura di Adamo merita un'attenzione particolare. L'autore crea questa immagine con amore e cura speciale. La primissima persona sulla terra è davanti allo spettatore, e quindi è perfetta. Non ha un solo difetto. Come se si svegliasse da un lungo sonno, non comprendendo appieno il significato di tutto ciò che sta accadendo, Adamo è pieno dell'energia della vita, guardando attentamente negli occhi del Creatore del mondo. È interessante notare che il maestro crea l'immagine di Eva, ancora increata, ma esistente nel Grande Piano. La sua immagine lo spettatore vede tra gli angeli, sotto la mano sinistra del Signore. Con palese interesse, persino curiosità, la prima donna sta osservando l'atto divino della creazione.
Anche se l'immagine di Dio Padre è stata creata maestosa e il suo potere non è in alcun modo messo in discussione, lo spettatore ha l'idea sediziosa che l'uomo e Dio in quest'opera siano più probabilmente partner alla pari, il che è stata un'indubbia innovazione nell'arte del Rinascimento.
L'autore evita i colori saturi e spettralmente puri. Il colore degli affreschi è tenue e tenue. L'unica cosa che dà energia alla composizione è il mantello di Dio Padre, dipinto in un colore rosso porpora, un simbolo di potere globale sul mondo.
